Dr. Irani, the national athletics team doctor, decided to weigh all the athletes who had assembled for a national camp. He entrusted the job to his assistant and asked him to weigh all the athletes at the camp and tabulate the number of athletes in different ranges of weights (in pounds). Unfortunately, the assistant, who was very unfamiliar with making tables, chose overlapping ranges for the weights and made two tables — the first table for all the athletes and the second table for only the female athletes. He submitted these tables to Dr. Irani.
Note: All athletes in the camp were of the weight range of 140 to 170 pounds (both included) and all weights (in pounds) are integers.
