Admission Process Overview

IIM Rohtak’s admission process for the PGP Batch 2023-25 is a meticulous five-stage procedure designed to identify and welcome meritorious candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Stage I: Online Registration

The journey begins with the online registration for the PGP Admission 2023-25 batch. The minimum eligibility criteria, as outlined in Table 1 based on CAT 2022 scores, set the foundation for this stage.

• Registration typically starts in the fourth week of December 2022 and concludes around January 5, 2023.
• A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand only) is applicable.
• Eligible candidates receive a web link for the Online PI process.

Stage II: Online Personal Interview (Online PI)

Shortlisted candidates move on to the Online Personal Interview stage. Call letters are sent via email with details of the interview, including date and time.

Stage III: The Final Selection List

This stage determines the final selection list based on CAT score, Online PI score, and diversity factors like gender and academic background. Weights are assigned as follows:

• CAT Total Score (60%)
• Online PI Score (20%)
• Academic and Gender Diversity (20%)

Stage IV: Offer for Provisional Admission

Candidates receive a provisional offer letter based on merit and seat availability. Acceptance includes depositing the Offer Acceptance Amount.

Stage V: Reporting for Joining

The final stage involves logging in, paying the full fee, and reporting to the campus in Rohtak as per the communicated schedule.

Refund Policy

Understanding the uncertainties of life, IIM Rohtak has a well-defined refund policy for the PGP 2023-25 batch.

• Withdrawal of provisional admission is allowed ‘On or before the date of Registration.’
• A processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) is deducted from the fees for any withdrawals.
• Refunds are processed within 150-180 days from the date of registration.
