IIM Indore PGP-HRM RTI Data

This page is built around what MBA HR aspirants actually search for: category-wise shortlist composite score, category-wise final FCS, waitlist movement, admitted / registered candidate counts, minimum CAT percentile snapshot, and the current official 2026-28 admission policy for IIM Indore PGP-HRM.

Latest RTI cycle: 2025-27 Shortlist CS Final FCS Waitlist Movement Class Composition Current 2026-28 Policy

IIM Indore is a little different from many other programme pages because the official RTI summary PDFs combine some early-stage numbers for PGP + PGP-HRM together, while programme-specific shortlist, final admitted-candidate, class-composition and waitlist details come from the separate RTI reply letters. This page keeps those layers clean instead of mixing them up.

What most students want first

The latest RTI-covered cycle is 2025-27. The page then compares it with 2024-26 and 2023-25.

Combined expressed interest
258525

CAT 2024 applicants who expressed interest for PGP and PGP-HRM together.

Stage-1 eligible for PGP-HRM
41660

Applicants meeting minimum eligibility criteria for PGP-HRM for 2025-27.

PI shortlist
3276

Total PGP-HRM candidates shortlisted for PI in 2025-27.

Final registered
51

Total registered candidates shared for the 2025-27 batch.

General WL movement
150

General waitlist movement shared in the 2025-27 RTI reply.

Data status: shortlist and applicant summaries come from the official RTI summary PDFs, while final FCS, waitlist movement and class-composition data come from the programme-specific reply letters. That distinction matters a lot for correct interpretation.

1) Category-wise Composite Score for PI Shortlist

This is the first serious table for any call predictor work. These are the actual category-wise PI shortlist composite score bands for PGP-HRM.

Batch Metric General EWS NC-OBC SC ST PwD Total shortlisted
2025-27 Minimum CS 70.00654 60.02072 60.00107 50.00044 40.03258 21.96131 3276
Maximum CS 84.41608 72.69716 76.08781 78.59998 73.35777 73.65676
2024-26 Minimum CS 66.20500 56.01362 56.32082 47.71133 35.01152 13.22744 2841
Maximum CS 79.41265 68.42787 80.46016 72.03681 68.12808 72.15233

Maximum CS 80.82953 78.81224 76.30571 77.11929 71.50058 73.44882
Quick read: the General minimum PI-shortlist CS was 70.50351 in 2023-25, dipped to 66.20500 in 2024-26, and moved back up to 70.00654 in 2025-27. So programme-level call prediction here should always be batch-specific.

2) Applicants, Stage-1 Eligibility and Stage-2 Shortlist Count

This section separates what is combined for PGP + PGP-HRM from what is truly PGP-HRM-specific.

Combined CAT Applicants Expressing Interest for PGP + PGP-HRM

2023-25 384 108 333 337 372 220 1754
Important reading note: the top applicants table is not programme-specific. It is the combined expressed-interest pool for PGP + PGP-HRM. The stage-1 and stage-2 tables above are the true PGP-HRM-specific numbers.

3) Shortlist Profile: Gender and Work Experience

This section helps you understand the PI shortlist profile beyond just category cutoffs.

Batch Female shortlisted Male shortlisted Experienced Fresher Key pattern
2025-27 1966 1310 2261 1015 Strong female and experienced skew in the shortlist.

4) Final Admitted / Registered Candidates and FCS Range

This is the conversion-side story: who actually got in, category-wise, and what the final FCS range looked like.

ST339.9372244.22555

Important nuance: 2024-26 has a separate offer-level CAT percentile table including PwD, but the admitted / registered FCS table itself does not show a PwD admitted candidate. So this page keeps those two ideas separate instead of merging them.

5) Minimum CAT Percentile Snapshot

Useful for reality-checking. But read the note carefully because the wording differs by batch.

Batch General EWS NC-OBC SC ST PwD What exactly the RTI says
2025-27 82.61 81.54 64.84 63.33 52.89 63.51 Minimum CAT percentile of final registered candidates.
2024-26 87.17 72.34 68.77 58.16 54.27 45.01 Minimum CAT percentile of candidates who got admission offer.
2023-25 Not separately shared in the available RTI reply.
Best way to use this table: treat it as a historical profile snapshot, not as a guaranteed future cutoff. For real prediction work, always read this together with the shortlist CS table and the current official policy.

6) Class Composition, Stream Profile and Other Batch Notes

This is the part many students miss, but it tells you what the final registered batch actually looked like.

2025-27 registered batch

Gender composition

Female: 51
Male: 0

Deferment: Nil

2025-27 stream profile

Engineer vs Non-Engineer

Engineer: 5 (all female)
Non-Engineer: 46 (all female)

This is one of the strongest non-engineer signals you will see in the RTI data.

2024-26 registered batch

Gender composition

Female: 38
Male: 1

Deferment: NIL

2023-25 note

Deferment: NIL

Class-composition details were not separately shared in the available 2023-25 reply letter.

Technical note from 2025 reply

SSC Zmin / Zmax: -3.48735 / 1.98875
HSC Zmin / Zmax: -3.73355 / 3.11598

Useful for people who want to understand the score-normalisation side of IIM Indore’s process.

Standout pattern: as per the 2025-27 RTI reply, the final registered PGP-HRM batch shown was 100% female and overwhelmingly non-engineer.

7) Waitlist Movement and Deepest Rank Reached

Here the RTI wording changes by batch, so the page keeps 2025-27 and 2024-26 separate from 2023-25.

Direct Waitlist Movement Counts Shared in RTI

Batch General EWS NC-OBC SC ST PwD Largest movement
2025-27 150 37 149 90 52 26 General and NC-OBC were the deepest.
2024-26 150 58 184 146 43 28 NC-OBC moved the most.

2023-25: Maximum Category Rank Reached (Not Direct WL Count)

Category Maximum category rank shared
General129
EWS17
NC-OBC71
SC25
ST33
2023-25 caution: the available reply does not directly say “waitlist movement = X”. It gives the maximum category rank reached. That is still useful, but it should not be mislabeled as a clean waitlist-count table.

8) Current Official PGP-HRM Policy Snapshot (2026-28)

This section is not historical RTI data. It is the current official policy layer from IIM Indore and is useful for current CAT 2025 applicants.

FAQ

Only the practical questions MBA HRM aspirants usually ask.

Which table should I check first on this page?

Start with the category-wise shortlist composite score table. That tells you the actual PI shortlist score band for PGP-HRM. Then move to final FCS and waitlist movement.

Are the applicant totals on this page programme-specific?

No. The expressed-interest totals shown in the RTI summary PDFs are for PGP and PGP-HRM together. Programme-specific numbers begin from the stage-1 PGP-HRM eligibility table and stage-2 PGP-HRM shortlist table.

Does the 2023-25 RTI reply give clean waitlist movement numbers?

No. For 2023-25, the reply shares the maximum category rank reached. That is still useful for understanding how deep offers went, but it should not be labeled as direct waitlist movement.

Why is the 2024-26 CAT percentile table worded differently from 2025-27?

Because the 2024-26 RTI reply explicitly mentions minimum CAT percentile for candidates who got admission offers, while the admitted / registered candidate table is given separately.

Can a CAT applicant opt for PGP-HRM without paying extra separately?

As per the current official 2026-28 admission procedure, interested candidates must select the PGP-HRM option during CAT registration, and there is no additional cost for the same.

Need this same RTI format for other MBA colleges too?

This page is structured for actual MBA RTI search intent: shortlist score first, final FCS second, class and CAT profile third, and waitlist interpretation only where the RTI clearly supports it.
